Two of our 9th Grade English Teachers entered the Families in Schools Reading Competition this Spring.
The reading took place Feb 13 - May 4. Here are the winners:

An awards ceremony took place in the library during extended homeroom on May 31st. The top two readers received gift cards, tickets and books from the Families in Schools organization. Also, the top two were invited to an event honoring the winners throughout Los Angeles area at the Los Angeles Public Library in June.
